you posted this thing at the very right time Now, even though I know how to read write and speak mandarin, this program is not reall that worth using yet because:
1) categorising the movies are terrible!
2) diff translators gave diff names to the same movie, hence, making it even tougher when you refer to (1).
3) you need to change your PC's encoding and Unicode into mandarin. Hassel, and display is funny.
Now, above 3 reasons give you a good enough reason why you shouldn't use it anymore. i can' introduce u something that i used quite some time ago but i'm not sure if it is still available. try to google TVAntz or TV Ants, i forgot. haha.
Good luck! that's a program for ppl who don't read mandarin, if i'm not mistaken.
